Located in Charlotte, North Carolina, the Institution of North Carolina at Charlotte (UNC-Charlotte) is a state-supported research university. With nine colleges, the University of North Carolina offers 79 bachelor's degree programs, 24 doctoral programs in art and architecture, 66 master's programs in liberal arts and sciences, the Belk College of Business, the College of Computing and Informatics, the Cato College of Education, the William States Lee College of Engineering, and a college for health and human services.
