Eleven thousand twenty-three full-time students and 1,270 part-time students enrolled at SAIT (The Southern Alberta Institute of Technology) in Calgary, Canada. Polytechnic institution SAIT provides more than 100 professional business, crafts, and technology programs.

A Polytechnics Canada member ranks among the top 50 employers in the province. It was founded in 1916 and is the second oldest post-secondary institution in Calgary. It is the first publicly sponsored technical institution in Canada.
