University of Plymouth's main campus has three academic departments: the Faculty of Arts, Humanities, and Business, the Faculty of Science and Engineering, and Health.

On the North Plymouth campus, you'll find three schools: The Colleges of Medicine, Dentistry and Biomedical and Healthcare Sciences. In addition, three rehearsal studios and a public art gallery are located in the Roland Levinsky Building, a nine-story skyscraper.

Over 350,000 books, e-books, journals, and other materials are available at the Charles Seale-Hayne Library, open 24 hours a day. Cars and two-wheelers are the principal modes of transportation on campus. Additionally, the campus is only a short walk from the closest train station.
