Selkirk Community College is a Canadian institution of higher learning located in British Columbia. In 1966, it was founded. It was the province's first community college. It has become one of the region's largest educational institutions. It is a member of the ACCC, CCAA, BCCAA, CBIE, CUP, and CBIE International. In addition to its six locations, Selkirk College maintains two learning centers. The six campuses are the Castlegar Campus, the Tenth Street Campus, the Victoria Street Campus, the Silver King Campus, and the Trail Campus. One is located in the town of Nakusp, while another is located in Kaslo. The Castlegar Campus has a gathering area called the Gathering Space. Indigenous ceremonies, customs, and culture are the focus of this organization.
